• Salary: highly competitive $100,000 - $250,000 per year.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement strategies to resolve cases as favorably as possible;
• Presenting theories of liability, summarizing client injuries, past/future medical treatment, and impact of injuries on client's quality of life;
• Advocating for and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients;
• Drafting complaints, motions, meet and confer letters, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, attending mediations, conducting settlement negotiations, trial preparation and trial;
• Reading, reviewing and analyzing medical reports, surgical records and medical bills;
• Excellent writing and communication skills required.
