Payrate- $43/hr
Contract- 6 Month Contract
Looking for a Marketing Analyst to support promo and CRM deployment to generate demand for our Grocery and Retail partners on the platform. This role calls for a combination of executional excellence, planning & prioritization, and project management to ensure multiple simultaneous demand growth initiatives run smoothly.
You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, enjoy solving problems and thrive in a startup environment. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure we grow our merchants on the platform.
What you’ll do
- Build: As we grow grocery and retail , we will work to bring more visibility to Eaters about the wide offering of selection in our platform and drive incremental growth for merchants. This role will be responsible for launching promo and CRM strategies for the US and Canadian grocery, convenience, alcohol and retail businesses.
- Analyze: Quantify everything you do. Pull performance for all our campaigns to generate insights and provide Partner Managers with insights to enable conversations with merchants.
- Test and improve: Build and execute XP roadmap to generate learnings and incorporate for future launches
- Collaborate: Work with internal stakeholders to work with all promo-led growth levers on the platform and maximize their growth dollars, understanding how the marry the goals and the merchant for mutually-beneficial programming
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of operations, marketing, growth operations, strategy, planning, management consulting or similar experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work on multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Bias toward action and master simplifier - constantly pushing toward alignment, clarity and execution on tight timelines
- Self-motivated, works independently and possess strong organization and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running digital promos
- Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, SQL preferred
