What does the role involve?Responsible for Value Creation in the region through the influence, motivation, direction, and development of the Sales Team. The purpose of the role is to recruit, train and motivate the sales team to exceed target and maximize profitable growth in the region. The role involves advocating systematic account development through the implementation of initiatives to achieve sales and product goals, the development of customer relationships, and sustainable profitable sales growth. The job holder needs to take an active role in the management of key customers and major projects within the region.

What do we offer?Our regional managers earn between $90,000 - $110,000 up to $28,000 in commissions for their first year if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. In addition to salary, we offer:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience leading a team of field-based, solutions-oriented sales professionals.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts.
- Excellent time and territory management skills.
- Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, and smartphones.
- Must maintain a professional business appearance in accordance with HNA dress policy at all times.
- Career advancement may require domestic and/or global mobility.
