Hilton Albany is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. Hilton Albany hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Albany, New York, just one block from the New York State Capital Building and is the closest hotel to the Times Union Center.
This position will be an exempt position and will report to the General Manager in addition to the Corporate Regional Director of Human Resources.
The Human Resources Team is focused on employee morale and compliance in addition to recruiting the right talent pool. The overall goal of the Human Resources Team is to become the best employer in the market. The right candidate will be an outgoing individual with exceptional customer service skills in addition to having a background based in fair hiring standards.
