Responsibilities and Duties
The primary role of a Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Agent is to provide the highest level of customer service possible while assisting guests through their reservation, check-in and check-out processes. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills
This is a full time position. Customer service experience needed in an upscale environment; Hotel experience preferred but not necessary. Flexible schedule is a must, including availability for overnight shifts. A professional attitude is a must. Basic computer skills needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
