Hilton Garden Inn - Liberty Park, RAM Hotels is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent - 2nd Shift evenings Near Hills, AL

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join the team at our Beautiful, comfortable and very safe hotel under the Statue of Liberty at exit 23 just off I459.

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and assisting with any needs or requests guests may have during their stay. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Currently Tripadvisor ranked among the top 6 hotels (out of the Greater Birmingham area 82 hotels) and ranked #3 of luxury hotels by BHAM Business Journal magazine, the Hilton Garden Inn SE Birmingham Liberty Park continues to be on track to remain atop the best hotels in the region.

Preferably an (Hilton) experienced, Full-Time person responsible (4-5 shifts per week) to work with us on the Hotel Front Desk 3-11pm including some weekends, we are in need of more Great Employees to help us continue to succeed!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and check guests in and out using the PEP system

  • Handle guest requests, such as delivering extra towels or accommodating room requests

  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys

  • Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings

  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism

  • Other duties as assigned based at the Front Desk caring for our great guests!


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and PEP

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
