Hands on training opportunity for someone to learn various aspects of the hotel business at the beautiful Sanderling Resort, specifically in the Rooms Department. This position will involve experience in one of our Guest Service positions: Spa Reception/Retail, Front Desk or Reservations. Housing and transportation available.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited 4 year college or university
• Actively enrolled in a hospitality program
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal required
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and power point
• Previous experience in a customer service position preferred
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean during daily business for extended periods of time.
• Abililty to work up to 50 hours per week
