Position Overview: Are you passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading a team with excellence? We are seeking a Guest Services Manager for our busy evening shifts. However, the ideal candidate will have availability for all shifts as needed. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the front desk staff and serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Supervision: Manage and motivate front desk staff during evening shifts, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Guest Experience: Ensure all guest inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining the high standards of Hilton’s guest service excellence.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations and coordinate with other departments to address any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Problem Resolution: Act as the point of contact for any guest complaints or issues that require immediate attention, resolving them efficiently and to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Staff Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling and staffing of front desk personnel to ensure adequate coverage during evening hours.
• Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks including reporting, auditing, and managing guest reservations and check-ins/outs.
• Additional Duties: Handle all duties as they pertain to the role as GSM.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a guest services or front desk management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Customer Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility: Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
