With 300 spacious suites, this retreat has everything our guests want from a South Carolina family vacation, including a resort-style pool and lazy river.

Anderson Ocean Club boasts a prime location on the beach near the area’s convention center and sun-kissed golf courses.

We are seeking to hire an Executive Housekeeper passionate about building lasting vacation memories for guests visiting our resort properties!

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will task with driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

Implement operating procedures and standards

Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crew

Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met

Apply human resource management skills, such as hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance

Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget

Qualifications

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience :

Minimum 3 years of related experience

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience

Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships

Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

High school or equivalent

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions :

More than 5-years of related experience

Knowledge of timeshare ownership

BA / BS / Bachelor's Degree
