What Will I Be Doing?

• Develop and lead team initiatives for the site to achieve targeted sales and tour flow.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams as well as the sales leaders to drive efficiencies and increase revenue.
• Train, mentor, and coach your team to reach maximum performance.
• Develop and maintain reports to coordinate performance of the marketing team, as well as the individual performance levels of its Team Members.
• Report department performance to management as well as the performance of programs, incentives and staff.
• Hold individual monthly performance reviews in partnership with team members and team leaders.
• Act as the primary contact for both internal and external customers relating to activities.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
