Hilton Grand Vacations is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Hawaii Near Honolulu, HI

As a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator, you play a vital role in supporting our recruiting and hiring procedures. You will serve as the pre-boarding liaison between recruitment and our candidates, ensuring they are prepared to begin their role on day one. Your exceptional organizational and time management skills will be used to coordinate and streamline various administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Provide a first-class recruitment coordinator service, delivering on and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics), while onboarding the highest quality talent into the organization
  • Draft and prepare job offer letters, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to confirm candidates' eligibility for rehire and internal transfer, aligning with company policies.
  • Assist with and coordinate the onboarding process including background checks and new hire paperwork.
  • Track recruitment metrics to measure the success of our strategies and provide regular updates to the team, allowing us to continuously improve our hiring process.
  • Use our applicant tracking system to audit candidates' progress ensuring a positive candidate and recruiter experience.
  • Providing ad hoc project and administrative support to the recruitment team.

Required skills:

  • Thorough and Organized: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management and documentation maintaining a high level of accuracy in handling data and documentation, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Communication Maestro: Strong professional interaction skills, both written and verbal, to successfully connect with candidates, hiring managers, and other individuals involved in our hiring process
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities enabling you to address challenges and make informed decisions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborative Teammate: Ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive relationship with colleagues and others involved.
  • Tech-Savvy Individual: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • While not required, previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a related role would be advantageous.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to changing priorities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities allow you to navigate challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential information.

Additional notes:

  • This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the recruitment process.
  • There may be occasional local and regional travel involved in this role.
  • Salary range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
