Community Relations Manager Full Time Days Position Summary
The Manager of Community Relations is responsible for the planning, coordination, and production of a wide and changing variety of recurring and special events at a hospital (or market).

Job Responsibilities

Maintain awareness of hospital, community and regional events. Work closely with internal customers to obtain and validate their strategic objectives and expectations for special events and to ensure the success of events. Coordinate and/or perform events planning and production including vendor negotiations and event program (agenda) design. Develop and maintain effective working relationship with hospital volunteer services and other internal resources that may have a support role in special events production. Develop and maintain awareness of, and good relations with, agencies, organizations, vendors and other community resources related to special events production. Maintain up-to-date records on each planned and past event using standardized electronic record-keeping. Assist with and participate in other public relations, marketing and hospital initiatives as needed.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience: Required: 2 years experience
