Department Secretary Full Time Days Position Summary
The Breast Health Center (BHC) receptionist is responsible for handling the front desk duties at the Breast Health Center to include responding to phones, scheduling patients, ensuring a smooth an efficient patient flow, ordering supplies, and other office related duties.
THE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education:
1. High School graduate or equivalent required.
2. Some college and/or technical diploma/degree preferred.
Experience:
One (1) year experience in Patient Access/Patient Financial Services required.
Other Qualifications:
1. Experience with third party payer requirements preferred.
2. Experience in medical office setting required.
