Responsibilities

What you will do as our next Cook

• Be on the Line cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Put our best foot forward assisting with set-up, disassembly, preparation and service of all ala carte, room service and catering functions.
• Showcase your organizational skills as you assist in the receiving and storage of all food & beverage products as outlined by local health department rules and regulations.
• Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!

Required Skills

What you need to be successful as a Cook

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
