Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are seeking a talented full-time Administrative Assistant to join their property operations team!
As an Administrative Assistant for the property operations team, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative/ executive assistance experience, ideally within a hotel/property operations environment.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As an Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for responding providing administrative and clerical support to department leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specific tasks required of this position would include:
  • Greet, assist and provide prompt and courteous service to team members and department management, back-of-house
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including typing, data-entry, faxing, copying, filing, processing mail, and performing other general office duties (knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required)
  • Correspond via email and answer telephones, as needed
  • Input work orders in HOTSOS, schedule preventative maintenance (PM) program, maintain PM logs
  • Document Purchase Orders, assist with ordering using Birchstreet
  • Process employee time requests, provide assistance with payroll
