Due to a recent promotion the Hilton Salt Lake City Center is looking for a Sales administrative assistant to join their team. This position will support 4 managers with administrative duties. This is a great entry level position to start your career within the hotel industry and grow your career within sales, events, or catering! 

This role is Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm 

What will I be doing?

The Sales Administrative Assistant answers the telephone to assist internal and external guests with requests. They will be supporting 4 Directors and Sales Managers in preparing proposals/contracts. Data entry using Delphi.fdc, Microsoft Word and Excel. Preparing for client site inspections. Attend weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group pick up meeting, weekly resume meeting, and daily sales meeting. Completes special projects as requested by their team.
