**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow within the sales industry.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers to promote products or services through door to door with out door to door team. Work in an team envoironment and individually. Salesman is repsonsible to generate his or her own leads, and as traction is made in house leads may be given.

- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times

**Skills:**

- Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently

- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers

- Familiarity with retail math concepts for transactions and pricing

- Sales management skills to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

- Public speaking abilities to present products or services confidently

Pay: $73,525.00 - $425,000.00 per year
