Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated new resource to join the Investment team in Milan who would support team members in sourcing and appraising investment opportunities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research for complex investment and development opportunities across Living asset classes

  • Prepare investment memos, presentations and other materials for internal and external use

  • Take a pro-active role on multiple portfolios and projects such as supporting the Financial Modeling and Due Diligence phase of live transactions

  • Liaise and actively communicate with other teams, external advisors and investors

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • Outstanding academic profile graduated with a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Real Estate
  • Six months experience (preferred) in a top-tier Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting firm

  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Genuine interest in the Real Estate environment

  • Highly numerate with strong financial modelling experience

  • Detail-oriented

  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on time

  • Fast learner with high attention to detail
