We are looking for a highly motivated new resource to join the Investment team in Milan who would support team members in sourcing and appraising investment opportunities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research for complex investment and development opportunities across Living asset classes
Prepare investment memos, presentations and other materials for internal and external use
Take a pro-active role on multiple portfolios and projects such as supporting the Financial Modeling and Due Diligence phase of live transactions
Liaise and actively communicate with other teams, external advisors and investors
Minimum Requirements include:
Six months experience (preferred) in a top-tier Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting firm
Fluent in Italian and English
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Genuine interest in the Real Estate environment
Highly numerate with strong financial modelling experience
Detail-oriented
Team player with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
