About the Role:
To support our growth, we are hiring for an entrepreneurial, highly-organized and detail-oriented entry-level Recruiting Coordinator to join us on this amazing journey. People are the most important asset in any company and at Hinge Health we pride ourselves on the amazing team we've built thus far.
In this role you will leverage prior customer service experience to create an exceptional candidate journey at Hinge Health. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to coordinate the end to end interview process, address scheduling challenges as they arise, and provide updates in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to support operational excellence and improvement initiatives for on-the-job career growth and development.
Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.
What You'll Accomplish
    • Manage an effective coordination process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers that will enable scaling of our recruiting processes
    • Ensure that we are providing the best candidate experience throughout the candidate journey
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within our ATS
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of our hiring process
    • Administer background checks in partnership with third-party vendor
Basic Qualifications
    • 6 months of full-time professional experience
    • 1 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior experience in recruiting coordination or administrative work
    • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System
    • Proven ability to strive in a fast paced, multi-task environment
    • Ability to be flexible and able to navigate through changing priorities and evolving recruiting need
    • Strong intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness with a bias for action
    • Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

$50,400 - $75,600 a year
Consider the range above plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
