RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports doctors on *AIC's continuing education programs including delivery of implant education materials and course implementation details
• Coordinates and executes implant education programs such as online courses, Hands-on trainings and seminars
• Assists implant and dental - surgery training courses with physical and hand-on practices
• Manages and coordinates all required materials for live surgery and hand-on practice courses
• Guides sales team to adhere organization's course delivery standards and regulations
• Organizes and maintains AIC training documentations and communication materials
• Monitors compliance and accurate reporting of all CE-related activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Ability to organize and coordinate multi activities with Regional training support and facilitation arrangement
• Ability to take initiative and use independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) experience are preferred

• About AIC (Advanced Dental Implant Research & Education Center)

AIC initially began as a forum for those who wanted to incorporate implantology into their dental practice but didn’t know how or where to begin. Experienced mentors who were eager to share their knowledge met with dental professionals yearning to enhance their skills and provide more options for patient treatment. As membership grew by leaps and bounds the forum quickly evolved into a formal education program that focused on scientific-based instruction, standardized techniques, and the development of a network of continuing peer support.
