Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to effectively manage the entire construction process.
  2. Contractor and Vendor Management: Select, hire, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of project deliverables.
  3. Quality Control and Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.
  4. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
  5. Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may arise during construction, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  6. Client Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that their vision and expectations are met or exceeded.
  7. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that all construction activities adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements, maintaining compliance at all times.
  8. Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and motivate project teams to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential construction, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices, with a keen eye for design and detail.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
  7. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are desirable but not required.
