Sales Specialist, Inside Sales Responsibilities:
Manage an account base, building long term relationships
Identify new upsell opportunities within accounts
Provide quotes and close sales
Research and develop understanding of client pain points for proactive calls
Integrate all sales activities into CRM systems for timely & accurate reporting
Process orders and resolve issues
Meet/exceed activity metrics assigned
Sales Specialist, Inside Sales Qualifications:
Experience with inside sales/account management experience (ideally within the distribution industry)
High volume business development experience - building/maintaining client relationships
Sales driven professional accustomed to a metrics driven environment
Ability to create and execute sales strategies
