JOB DESCRIPTION
Embedded WIOA partner navigators will coordinate services that advance competitive, integrated employment for individuals served across partner programs.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT or related field. 2 yrs. Required.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of experience in training, social services, workforce services, vocational rehabilitation, or education. Required.
- Certifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required.
- Proficient in Microsoft. Required.
- Self-starter who can work independently. Required.
- Knowledge of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act. Highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience with building and retaining partner and stakeholder relationships. Highly desired.
- Experience in working with individuals and job seekers with disabilities strongly preferred. Highly desired.
