Administrative Support for C-Level Executives
Location: Sandy Springs, GA

We are seeking a highly professional and discrete Administrative Support Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience and at least 5 years of experience providing support to C-Level executives. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a hybrid schedule, with the possibility of being in the office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to C-Level executives, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing files.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Complete various administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Salary: $80K - $85K 5% Bonus
