Job Description : As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment, with a strong focus on automated controls, programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and Distributive Control Systems (DCS).
Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities : Maintenance and Repair : Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and automated systems.
PLC Programming : Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems.
System Upgrades : Implement upgrades and improvements to existing control systems and machinery. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on automated controls, PLC programming, and DCS.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens), DCS operation, and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
