Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities to achieve revenue targets
- Developing and implementing national sales action plans and marketing strategies
- Preparing sales budgets and projections in alignment with organizational goals
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints regarding products or services
