We are excited to bring on board a new addition to our 24/7 call center for the position of Call Center Representative. If you like to help others, work in a fast-paced environment, and have great phone etiquette skills? If so, you should apply!
Paid Training (Mandatory): will take place for 2-3 weeks 10 am to 6 pm.
Shift: 4 Weekdays; Choice of Saturday or Sunday; 11am – 9pm.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering the mainline to hospitals and medical clinics and connecting the caller to the correct staff/department
· Taking messages for medical practices when they are not able to answer their phone lines
· Contacting on-call providers with urgent issues from callers
Requirements:
· 1 Year Experience Call Center
· Strong communication skills
· Basic technical skills (typing 35 wpm and ability to information data into a database)
