Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading company in Fort Worth, TX to find a skilled individual to join the team as a Interior Designer
In this role, you'll get to work on exciting corporate and educational projects for both K-12 and Higher Ed spaces. You'll collaborate with our project team to design spaces that are not only functional and safe but also beautiful.
We're looking for someone who can handle the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced environment while leading and managing multiple projects at once. If you have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy working within established standards and procedures, you might be the perfect fit. We need someone who can make decisions confidently and proactively, drawing from their experience to minimize risks and ensure our designs come to life seamlessly.
  • Creates interior design solutions that align with client's project goals and utilizes design software to present solutions to stakeholders
  • Coordinates the integration of design concepts into construction documents, specifications, and construction administration with the project team and consultants
  • Leads the process of selecting finishes, preparing material palettes, and presenting them to clients. Assists in documenting and specifying selected finishes once approved
  • Selects and coordinates furnishings to meet project objectives
  • Monitors project team to ensure designs align with project goals and feasibility
  • Actively pursues personal and team professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited university
  • Registered Interior Designer or in the process of obtaining licensure LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Architectural or Interior Design firm
  • Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, and Commercial market sectors preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring project teams
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities S

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective conflict resolution skills and fosters a positive team environment
  • Proficiency in industry software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and MS Office
