Hire Resolve US - Executive Personnel Agency is Hiring a Landscape Architect Near Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:
- Prepare land development documentation
- Review landscape plans and coordinate planning services
- Contribute to the preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications
- Perform limited field inspection (as needed)
- Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (or a related field of study)
- 2 years of professional experience working in Landscape Architecture with land development projects
- Experience with all phases of residential, commercial, institutional, and public projects, including entitlements, permitting, construction documents, and construction liaison
- Experience contributing to large-scale master planning projects (especially with developing detailed construction plans as well as site / grading / planting plans) is a plus!
- Proficiency with MS-Office 365 (e.g.: Outlook, Excel, & Word) is expected; expertise with relevant design & CADD software tools (e.g.: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Cloud, LandFX, etc.) is a plus!
- Experience with modeling programs (e.g.: Sketchup, Lumion, and/or Revit)
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS
- Salary: $50K/yr - $70K/yr negotiable
