Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support other accounting functions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related role
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Salary: $65K/yr - $80K/yr, negotiable
- Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
