Responsibilities:
- Conduct tax research and analysis
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Collaborate with clients to develop tax planning strategies
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements
- Provide guidance and support to junior tax professionals
- Stay updated with changing tax laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
