Hire Resolve's client is a leading Multi-disciplinary Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Graduate Water/Wastewater Engineer in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluation of data
- Conduct field reviews and other assessments
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations
- Assist with the creation and submission of technical reports, presentations and exhibits.
- Prepare hydraulic modeling and technical reports for agency review.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, including horizontal and vertical alignments; plan and profile; utility design and rehabilitation.
- Prepare construction cost estimates/quantity takeoffs
- Coordinate with internal team members, government entities, utility service providers and subconsultants
- Manage task assignments for budget and schedule adherence
- Perform reviews of all work product for accuracy
- Ensures division, regional, and company values, policies and practices are consistently followed within the survey service.
- Lead by example - display solid judgment, good values, trust, honesty, openness, and professionalism
- Outgoing, friendly, approachable
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet project deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior exposure to AutoDesk Civil3D and Microsoft Office applications
- 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience in Water/Wastewater
- BS in Civil Engineering (or related engineering field as approved by hiring manager)
- EIT certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months
