Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records for the firm
- Process and review financial transactions and invoices
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Salary: $60K/yr - $80K/yr, negotiable
