Job Duties:

• Configure and connect instrumentation with control systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for problem-solving.
• Create and interpret electrical diagrams using AutoCAD software.
• Attend necessary training sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve software and electrical issues in water treatment systems.
• Design and develop user interfaces (HMI screens).
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on controllers and software troubleshooting.
• Assist in the installation and programming of various VFDs.
• Develop programs for Allen Bradley PLCs, drive systems, and HMIs.
• Perform both electrical and mechanical tasks related to water systems.
• Conduct validation testing and prepare documentation.
• Implement field modifications during commissioning to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Design and document electrical power distribution systems, control panel layouts, and electrical schematics.
• Adhere to all documentation protocols related to processing, GMP safety, housekeeping, environmental, and sanitation standards.
• Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Must pass background and drug screenings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proactive, with good judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Practical experience in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical fields is advantageous.
