Job Duties:

• Must possess knowledge of water systems to service our clients effectively.
• Conduct routine maintenance on water treatment devices such as water softeners, carbon filters, reverse osmosis units, pumps, UV systems, storage tanks, and point-of-use units.
• Handle service calls within the designated territory and assigned accounts.
• Travel to customer sites, remotely access equipment, and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet service objectives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Division manager.
• Assist and communicate with the Division manager and/or administrator on scheduling, service, and installation projects.
• Provide technical and labor support for new system installations within the Division’s area.
• Participate in an "On Call" schedule (24/7 emergency response).
• Some overtime and overnight travel may be required.
• Help maintain Division vehicles.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Ensure proper documentation for Division and customer records.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Practical experience in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in using basic hand and power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
