As a Client Relationship Consultant at Crux Wealth Advisors, you are a dedicated professional with a passion for client service and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their financial journey. Key Responsibilities: Client Advocate: Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Build strong relationships based on trust and integrity. Appointment Coordinator: Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring all meetings are scheduled, confirmed, and documented accurately. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless client interactions. Account Administrator: Oversee the administration of client accounts, including opening new accounts, updating existing information, and processing account-related paperwork promptly. Communication Specialist: Communicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, and internal team members to ensure clear and timely information exchange. Keep all parties informed of important updates and developments. Problem Solver: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in client accounts or interactions. Collaborate with team members to find solutions and provide exceptional service. Process Manager: Manage various account-related processes, such as cash distributions, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), annuity updates, and external account maintenance. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall success of the team and the firm. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of financial products and services, including IRAs, 529 plans, alternative investments, and annuities. Proficiency in basic mathematics for processing account and transaction information.
