Position: Area Vice President of Sales

Hirealliance has partnered with a well-established staffing company in their search for an experienced Area VP of Sales with a background in selling staffing, outsourced services, and consulting to businesses in Massachusetts and beyond.
This regional outside sales leader will be responsible for expanding the company's business in Central, Western, and Eastern MA, with potential for further expansion beyond those current territories..
As a key member of the team, you will spearhead client outreach efforts, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate pricing, and seal deals. Leveraging existing relationships while actively seeking out new clients, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's business footprint.
This role demands proficiency in diverse lead generation methods including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn and Indeed networking, and referrals.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of staffing agency dynamics and provide deliverables that resonate with prospective clients.
