What You’ll Do:
- Managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
- Collaborating with Physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
- Supervising assigned team members.
- Supporting the clinical manager for the assigned Float CC Unit.
- CCU Float
- Critical Care Float Pool
- NJ/Compact Lic. Required
- 2 years current ICU and MST experience
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH.
- Will float between RMC and Hopewell Campuses, may float to MST if needed.
- Scrub Color - Navy Blue
- EMR - Cerner
- Flu is required, no declination accepted.
- 36 hours/ 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend, every other holiday
