What You'll Do:

• Responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Supervising assigned team members.
• Providing support to the Clinical Manager for the assigned Department.
• Responsible for the care and treatment of newborn infants suffering from illness or prematurity, as well as caring for their parents and guardians.
• Will be working in Unit (Nursing ICN).

What You’ll Bring:

• NICU Experience.
• Pensilveniya RN licence required.
• Certifications: BLS.
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend; rotating days/nights.
• 36 Hrs. per week.
