We are recruiting an Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for local companies based in Metro Detroit with 150 to 650 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the workforce needs of client companies.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry networks.
- Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and tools, ensuring the use of best practices.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Proven experience as an Executive Director of Talent Acquisition or a similar senior role within a large organization.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition metrics, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence organizational strategy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- $70 - $90 per hour
