We are a direct-hire employment agency that hosts monthly job fair events in Metro Detroit.

We are recruiting a Head of Recruitment Operations for local companies based in Metro Detroit with 150 to 950 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all recruitment operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and workforce planning
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment performance and make informed decisions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Head of Recruitment Operations or similar senior role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience with recruitment metrics and systems
• Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Hourly Pay Range:

• $55 - $70 per hour
