We are recruiting a Talent Sourcing Manager for local companies based in Metro Detroit with 50 to 550 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Lead and manage the talent sourcing team to achieve sourcing goals
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing plans
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners
- Proven working experience as a Talent Sourcing Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience with talent sourcing metrics and systems
- Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- $45 - $60 per hour
