Compensation

Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Food industry sales experience a plus
- Hunter mentality and enjoy developing new business
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficient with MS Office suite and CRM software
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth targets by effectively managing the sales customer portfolio.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
