Senior Strategic Leader - Business Analytics & Product Management

We specialize in delivering innovative technology solutions to our clients, with a strong focus on the Insurance and healthcare industries.

SeeSaw Labs seeks a dynamic and experienced Senior Strategic Leader to join our team. This role is a unique, multifaceted opportunity that combines the following:

• Tactical Business Analytics/Product Management
• Strategic account management for our largest client in the Insurance vertical
• Strategic leadership to shape and grow our insurance and other lines of business

You will report directly to and work closely with the CEO of SeeSaw Labs. This role is hybrid. You'll work from home mostly, but you'll want to visit the client’s offices in Manassas, VA, several days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analytics/Product Management
• Perform hands-on Business Analytics and Product Management duties initially to learn the product and the team
• Develop and implement strategies to scale the BA/PM team
• Oversee and support multiple development teams, each with a BA/PM
• Strategic Account Management
• Build and nurture relationships with our largest client in the Insurance industry
• Work closely with the client’s team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth within the account
• Strategic Leadership of teams and accounts
• Collaborate with the SeeSaw CEO to develop and execute strategies for growing SeeSaw Labs’ Insurance line of business
• Identify new business opportunities within accounts and support internal business development efforts
• Provide thought leadership and industry insights to shape the direction of the business

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Analytics and Product Management
• Strength in software products, development teams, and support teams
• Experience and interest in strategic account management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to scale and manage teams
• Excellent relationship-building and client-management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and development
• Ability to be physically present in the client’s offices in Manassas, VA, several days a week
