Job description :
- Enter agent information into the contracting system and ensure accurate data entry.
- Conduct agent outreach to resolve licensing or contracting issues, monitoring exception reports and researching solutions.
- Ensure commission and hierarchy levels align with contracts for agents, agencies, and carriers.
- Communicate with the internal account management team to maintain agency and affiliate satisfaction and assist with onboarding new agency and affiliate partners.
- Perform tasks within service level agreement terms, utilize performance management systems, and actively participate in team planning and process improvement activities.
Nice to have :
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Financial services industry
Requirements :
- Must have previous related work experience
- MS Office proficiency : MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- High school diploma required
