Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Compliance to oversee and manage all aspects of compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance when it comes to a T4 School.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance
- Provide training to staff on compliance-related matters
- Investigate any reported compliance issues and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and standards affecting the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance
- Strong knowledge of coding, CIE, ACCSC and USDOE
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
