- ∙Use sempirical data to help the team(s)assess their Scrum Maturity,
- Optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify
- Improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.
- ∙Proactivelyaddressessystemicimpedimentstoteamagilityandguidesthe
- team(s)onmethodstoescalatewhenneededtopreventchallengesfrombecomingblockers
- ∙Coachesscrumteam(s)todelivercapabilitiesusingagilepracticeswhile· also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met.
- Partners with Product Owner(s)to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects.
- Facilitates Scrum of Scrums.
- Facilitates and is accountable for owning the Scrum and/or Scaled Agile Ceremonies for the scrum team(s).

Requirements
- ∙6 years as apracticing scrum master
- ∙Experience in Financial Services Industry ~mid- large size organizations
- ∙8 yearsbusinessexperienceinamatrixedmanagementenvironment(e.g.,
- product development, project management, implementation)
- ∙Deepunder standing of full SecDevOps and DevOps
- ∙Platform and cross team depend encymanagement
- ∙Test Driven Development
- ∙Behavior Driven Development
- ∙Accredited Scrum Master Certification
- ∙Accredited SAFe and/or LeSS Certification
- ∙SDLC processes knowledge
- ∙Work breakdown and sizing methodologies
- ∙Agile based requirements management–process & tools
- ∙Code quality and scanning
- ∙Test automation
- ∙Code branching/merging
- ∙Release management.
