HireLevel is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Orestes, Indiana .
The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall Human Resources function within the plant including, employee relations, performance management, recruiting and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations and laws. This person will report to the Senior Manager of Employee Relations and Plant Manager.
