Job Title: Clinical Field Staff Supervisor - RN

Location: Jeannette, PA 15644

Shift: Full-time (40 hrs./week)

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide direction to clinical field staff, including Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate staff performance, provide guidance, and support professional development.
• Monitor and manage patient care plans, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new clinical staff members.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in home care or a related field. Supervisory or management experience required.
