Location: 810 St. Vincent's Drive, Birmingham, AL, 35205
Shift: 12-hour shifts, three days per week. Shift schedule: 18:45 - 07:15. Total of 36 hours per week.
Salary:
- All-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate: $48.60/hr
- Taxable component: $37.60/hr
- Per diem: $11.00/hr
- Non-local rewards: $6.71/hr
- Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $38.88/hr
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, initiate interventions, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure compliance with NIH guidelines and maintain accurate patient records.
- Facilitate patient and family education and support.
- RN ICU with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
- Familiarity with The National Institutes of Health (NIH) guidelines.
- Two professional references required.
